Arise Magazine Fashion week 2012

Arise Magazine's Fashion week was in full swing over the weekend in Lagos, Nigeria, show casing some of the best African designers and it certainly didn't disappoint. The mix of vibrant African prints with western style tailoring is something I tend to gravitate towards. The pictures are a mishmash of some of the designers that stood out to me.

Street Heart

The Long month of fashion week is finally at an end, with some high drama and equally fabulous clothes, but i have to admit I've been more interested in the street styles of New York/London/Milan/Paris, well at times, than what's been strutting down the catwalks. I really appreciate talented street style photographers who keep us in the know of the styles that's stalking the streets of fashion weeks, such photographers as; Street Peeper, Michelle Bobb Parris, Face Hunter, Nobody Knows Marc, Frou Frouu, Vanessa Jackman, to name a few.
