Here's to a Summer full of Festival Fun!

Although i'm kinda over the never ending tweets about Coachella, i have to say that i do love festival fashion and Coachella is no expectation - boho chic came out in full force and below are some of my favs.

I honestly can't wait for the Isle of Wight festival, obviously for the great music but equally to for the fab fashion - i've started planning my wardrobe, (well, only in my head) and i've got my sister to thrift for vintage pieces for me while she in the States.

I'm definitely going to start taking full advantage of my guest passes ( perks of the job) and venture to a few more festivals this year, so i'm thinking V Festival, Bestival and maybe Reading!

So, here is to a summer of full of festival fun!

Festival Chic - Isle of Wight Part 1

As well as some amazing bands and sounds (more to details to follow in Part 2) there were some equally stunning fashion, and fortunately I was able to take some pics before the downpour set in on Sunday.  There was a distinct sixties/seventies revival going on at the festival - billowing maxi dresses/skirts, fringe tees, masses upon masses of daisy chain headbands, short short tiny (I mean female budgie smugglers!) cut off demin shorts and the obligatory fancy dress (this was a big theme for the boys).

Any of you going to a festival this summer, what will you be rocking? It'll be nice to see what are followers are wearing and maybe we'll dedicate a blog post to you all.

Isle of Wight Festival 2011

So, its 7 days until the famous Isle of Wight Festival and its manic in the office - its totally non-stop with sorting out tickets (including my sister ringing me every minute to ensure there are tickets set aside for her) and dealing with artist requests.

I'll be heading down to Newport early next week and I can't wait for this years extravaganza to begin; we have the most amazing line up this year - The Foo Fighters, Pulp, Kings of Leon, Kasabian to name but a few. I assure you I will be documenting all the backstage fashion.... watch this space!!

Also, I thought I'd share with you pictures of Isle of Wight Festival past.
